I first contacted ESL Park because they seemed to have the most job oppurtunities in Seoul. Within days, one of their recruiters Yuni Lee was notifying me of several different jobs in different parts of Seoul. She was really nice, really helpful, and got back to me as quickly as possible. Within a few weeks she got me exactly the type of job I was looking for, with my preferred hours and working environment, and I signed a great contract. ESL Park did a lot of work to help me get my visa and the process could not have been any smoother. If I ever need to find another job in Korea I will definitely use ESL Park again!

I must say that making my move to Korea was the greatest decision I ever made. Thanks Yunii!!! ESL Park made the transition from my homeland to Korea as smooth as possible. I was skeptical at first, but from the moment I decided to commit I had the right people helping me. Answering all my questions, preparing everything I needed, and even going beyond to helping me was just a few things ESL Park did for me. Once I stepped off the plane I wasn¡¯t just let loose and fend for myself. They still followed up and made sure everything, and I mean everything was alright. Till this day ESL Park still check up on me from time to time. Now I feel right at home!

Getting in touch with Yuni was a blessing. We had contacted her far before we needed her services when we began to notice troubles within our school at the time (found by a different recruiter) and were preparing to find a new job. We gave it some time to see if things would straighten out and Yuni kept in touch with us throughout that time in case we needed her support. She showed us that she truly cared about our experience, and gave us the comfort of having a friend in Korea.

As soon as we realized it was time to relocate, Yuni was right there for us. In fact, she had new contracts for us to sign the very same day we called and asked for help. In a matter of day we had new jobs and found out we were moving to a new city! She had found exactly what we were hoping for in a new job (schedule, location, pay, etc.). Her thoroughness and confidence in her job as well as the schools she had contact with reassured us that we were making the right move.

Another wonderful thing about Yuni is that even after the deal is finalized, she continues to keep in touch with us to find out how our lives and new jobs in Changwon are going, which is more than I can say for our last recruiting company. This city is great and so is the job. Everyone at this hagwon is professional and extremely accommodating. We are so proud to be a part of the new English Language Center.

Yuni is genuine and is an extremely positive reflection of the Korean culture! ESL Park is the agency to use if you are looking to teach in Korea. Thank you!

Dear Future ESL Teacher:

My experience in South Korea cannot even be summed up in just one word. I¡¯ve only been here for about 6 weeks, and I already know that this will be one of the best experiences of my life. I am having an absolute BLAST!!!! Teaching English in Korea began only as a bizarre idea a few months ago. I randomly applied for a teaching position online one night and received a call from my recruiter the very next day!! I wanted to experience a completely different culture from America, so that¡¯s what led me to Korea. After talking to my recruiter and telling her what I wanted, she began the search to find me the perfect job. I am a big city girl, so Seoul could not have been more fitting for me! Thanks to the hard work of my AmAzInG recruiter Asia at ESL Park, I signed a contract with a private academy and couldn¡¯t be happier at the moment!! I would definitely recommend going through a recruiting agency and I was more than pleased with the job that ESL Park did. I do not regret my decision about coming to Korea one bit, thus far.

I am enjoying everything about Korea. I love my school and the teachers (foreign and Korean) were extremely welcoming. The kids are so smart and very eager to learn. One of the most worthwhile things about my job is to see the kids¡¯ expressions when they understand something and figure a problem out once you have explained something to them. It¡¯s very rewarding to know that I am helping these children accomplish something.

I truly enjoy teaching and absolutely love living in Seoul. I would whole-heartedly recommend teaching English in Korea, but only if you open to meeting new people and trying new things. I am so happy with the decision I made and I can assure you that it will be an unforgettable opportunity and experience!!!!

Dear Asia,

I would like to thank you for all your support and help. Since I have been in Korea I have had an amazing time. I really enjoy working with the kids and helping them learn English. This has been an experience of a lifetime. In a way I am grateful I lost my job at the bank and America¡¯s economy is not doing so well because, I would have never considered coming to Korea. I love the Korean people. I have seen kindness and helpfulness the likes I have never seen back home. The food has been a pleasant surprise as well. I am a big fan of spicy food and when I really want something from home I can have that as well. I have been impressed with the shopping here as well. I love the open markets and the underground shopping malls. I would tell anyone who is thinking of coming to Korea to jump at the opportunity. Learn a different culture and see the world. I think the best thing I can tell anyone when the get here don¡¯t be afraid Korea will help you along if you give it a chance. I have been able to travel around this country and see some amazing sites. The mountains remind me of being in the Appalachian Mountains back home The beaches are as clean and clear as Miami. Korea is truly a small treasure in Asia. I have not regretted coming here because Korea has something for everyone. To top it all of I am actually helping someone by being a teacher. Who knows I may even stay past my year it is that great!
Thank you ,

Shea
